Sainsbury's Balance Checker

To check the balance on your Sainsbury’s Gift Card you will need to call their Customer Service number: 0800 636262

Press Option 4 – Gift cards and then Option 2 - Balance checker.

To obtain your balance you will be asked to enter the 19 digit number along with the PIN which can be revealed by scratching the panel.

Please note that it is no longer possible to check Sainsbury’s gift card balance’s on line. Your balance will be printed on your receipt after use. You can also get a balance check at the till.
